This result is not a substantive clearance. Re-run the review in an environment where metadata.json and the artifact directory can be read, then evaluate the actual skill contents before installing.

Parley is an OpenClaw code plugin and optional CLI/service package. Expected behavior includes local file/SQLite state, an optional HTTP service boundary, OpenClaw tool registration, and credential names for user-provided Parley service tokens; no secrets are bundled.
