Search Fusion appears to be a real search-broker plugin that combines existing web search providers, without asking for unrelated credentials or installing extra software.
Reasonable to install if you trust it to broker searches through your existing web search providers. Be aware it is a code plugin: when invoked, it may use credentials for configured search providers and include raw provider evidence in its outputs.
