Overview
Semfind is a disclosed local semantic-search helper, with the main considerations being the external pip install, model download, and local embedding caches.
Install only if you are comfortable trusting the semfind Python package and its downloaded model. Use narrow file paths for sensitive content, and use --no-cache or clear ~/.cache/semfind/ when you do not want derived embeddings to remain locally.
