OCR.space

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is mainly a coherent OCR.space connector, but its fallback setup asks the agent to run remote installer scripts without checksum verification or explicit user confirmation.

Install only if you trust OOMOL and are comfortable routing OCR.space requests through the oo connector. Before allowing the fallback installer, review the oo CLI install source or install the CLI yourself through a trusted channel, then connect OCR.space intentionally in OOMOL. Avoid sending sensitive images unless OCR.space/OOMOL handling is acceptable for your data.

Finding
The description says to use this skill for "ANY OCR.space request" and "Whenever a task involves OCR.space," which is an expansive activation condition without scope limits or exclusions. In a manifest file, this kind of broad phrasing can overlap with casual mentions of OCR.space and makes it unclear when the skill should or should not activate.
