Overview
This is a coherent text-to-speech skill that installs normal Node dependencies, sends requested text to an online TTS service, and stores local audio/config files as documented.
Install only if you are comfortable with npm dependencies and with the text you convert being sent to Microsoft Edge's online TTS service. Avoid converting secrets or highly sensitive personal data, and periodically clean generated audio/subtitle files if you do not want them retained locally.
