Overview
This newsletter skill is mostly purpose-aligned, but its broadcast workflow can send arbitrary email to all confirmed subscribers and has a predictable fallback secret if misconfigured.
Review before installing. Set a strong NEWSLETTER_SECRET, remove the YOUR_NEWSLETTER_SECRET fallback so broadcasts fail when the secret is missing, use dedicated low-privilege Google Sheets and SMTP credentials, and add or verify real confirm and unsubscribe handlers before collecting subscribers or enabling scheduled sends.
