This appears to be a real Zendesk Sunshine integration, but it gives the agent broad authenticated ability to change or delete CRM data without clear built-in guardrails.
Install only if you trust Membrane and intend to let an agent access Zendesk Sunshine. Use a least-privileged Zendesk account, review OAuth scopes, prefer discovered Membrane actions over raw proxy requests, and require explicit approval before any write or delete operation.
