Statuspal

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This Statuspal integration is coherent, but it gives an agent broad authenticated ability to change or delete Statuspal resources without explicit confirmation safeguards.

Install only if you are comfortable connecting an agent to your Statuspal account through Membrane. Use a least-privilege Statuspal account, prefer pre-built Membrane actions, and require the agent to show and confirm any create, update, delete, incident, maintenance, user, organization, or status-page change before it runs.

Finding
The skill explicitly documents direct proxy requests with support for POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE against the remote Statuspal API, but does not warn that these operations can change or delete production status data. In an agent context, this increases the chance that the model performs destructive actions without clear user awareness or confirmation, especially because the skill is framed as a general integration guide.
