Servicem8

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This ServiceM8 integration is coherent, but it gives an agent broad authenticated access that could change or delete business records without clear confirmation safeguards.

Install only if you trust Membrane and want an agent to operate through your ServiceM8 account. Complete authentication yourself, prefer discovered Membrane actions over raw proxy requests, require the agent to show the exact method, endpoint, target record, and body before any POST, PUT, PATCH, or DELETE, and revoke the Membrane connection when no longer needed.

Finding
The skill explicitly documents direct proxy requests with support for POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE, but does not require confirmation, read-only defaults, or caution around destructive operations. In an agent setting, this increases the chance of unintended data modification or deletion in a live ServiceM8 tenant, especially when raw requests are used as a fallback outside safer prebuilt actions.
