This appears to be a legitimate Ratepay integration, but it can give an agent broad authenticated control over payment-account actions without clear confirmation limits.
Install only if you intend to let an agent work with a Ratepay payment-processing account through Membrane. Use the least-privileged account or connection available, require explicit confirmation before creating, changing, deleting, refunding, or charging anything, prefer listed Membrane actions over raw proxy calls, and revoke the Membrane connection when no longer needed.
