Inspector

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This Inspector integration appears purpose-aligned, but it needs review because it can make broad authenticated API and proxy requests without clear confirmation guardrails.

Install only if you trust Membrane and intend to let the agent access Inspector/APM data. Use a least-privilege connection, prefer discovered Membrane actions over raw proxy requests, and require explicit approval before transmitting sensitive data or running POST, PUT, PATCH, or DELETE requests.

Vague Triggers

Medium
Confidence
90% confidence
Finding
The description is overly broad: 'Manage data, records, and automate workflows' is generic enough to match many unrelated user requests, increasing the chance this skill is invoked outside its intended Inspector/APM context. Misrouting to a network-capable integration can cause unintended external data access or transmission, especially when the skill also supports authenticated actions and proxy requests.

Missing User Warnings

Medium
Confidence
95% confidence
Finding
The skill documents a generic proxy-request mechanism that can send arbitrary requests to an external service, but it does not instruct the agent to warn the user or obtain confirmation before transmitting data. In a skill with broad invocation text and authenticated connections, this raises the risk of silently sending sensitive prompts, records, or user-provided content to Inspector or a connected endpoint.
