Cloudlayer

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This is a disclosed Cloudlayer/Membrane integration, but it gives an agent authenticated API access that users should supervise for write or delete requests.

Install only if you trust Membrane and intend to connect a Cloudlayer account. Prefer the listed Membrane actions, review the npm CLI source/version if your environment is sensitive, and require explicit approval before the agent sends raw proxy requests that create, modify, delete, or upload sensitive data.

Finding
The proxy section enables arbitrary authenticated requests, including potentially destructive HTTP methods and transmission of user-provided payloads, without requiring confirmation, validation, or warning. In a network-enabled agent workflow, this can lead to unintended data disclosure, unsafe state-changing operations, or misuse of the user's connected Cloudlayer account.
