- The override phrases include very common natural-language terms like "just", "quick", and "simple", which can appear in ordinary user requests without any intent to force routing behavior. In a task-classification skill, this creates a prompt-injection-like control channel where incidental wording can bias the decision toward DIRECT execution, causing under-classification of tasks that should receive more cautious multi-agent orchestration.
