Overview
HeartFlow is mostly a disclosed AI memory and self-improvement skill, but it bundles under-scoped high-impact browser-session, external memory, and self-modifying maintenance tooling that users should review before installing.
Install only if you want a broad, persistent AI memory/self-improvement layer and are comfortable reviewing optional integrations first. Avoid running the bundled install-memory-tools, browser bridge, cron, or sync scripts unless you intentionally want third-party packages, logged-in browser control, and local skill-directory mutation. Configure any API keys and external memory services deliberately, and keep sensitive sessions or profiles separate if you enable browser automation.
