This skill is a local CAD measurement helper that reads a user-chosen drawing and optionally writes a CSV, with no evidence of hidden access or unsafe behavior.
Install ezdxf from a trusted Python package source, run the tool only on CAD files you trust, and choose the CSV output path carefully because an existing file at that path can be overwritten.
