Scrape Emails By URL

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill does what it advertises: it crawls user-provided websites to find contact emails, with no evidence of hidden persistence, credential theft, or exfiltration.

Install only if you are comfortable with a skill that can crawl websites and extract public contact emails. Use it on sites you are authorized to crawl, keep page/depth limits conservative, respect robots.txt and site terms, and review any saved email list before using it for outreach.

Finding
This skill performs outbound crawling of user-supplied URLs and extracts contact email addresses without any explicit notice, confirmation, or guardrail about network access and data collection. In an agent context, this can surprise users, violate expectations or policy boundaries, and facilitate unintended harvesting of personal/business contact data from remote sites.
