Overview
This instruction-only skill is coherent and disclosed, but it will automatically turn conversation summaries into long-term memory, so users should be comfortable with that persistence.
Install only if you want automatic end-of-session reflection saved into long-term memory. Periodically check and clean the saved cognition notes, especially after sensitive or exploratory conversations.

Information or judgments from a conversation may be remembered and influence future responses, even if the user did not manually ask to save that specific item.
