Overview
This skill is a disclosed user-level Astrill VPN watchdog that monitors connectivity and restarts Astrill when the tunnel appears down.
Install only if you want a background service that starts on login, pings periodically, writes local VPN diagnostic logs, and can automatically kill and relaunch Astrill. Review the ping host and timing settings before use, and disable the systemd user service if you no longer want automatic monitoring.
