Overview
This skill reads open pull request metadata from GitHub repositories the user names and produces a local triage report, with no evidence of hidden mutation or exfiltration.
Before installing, confirm you are comfortable with the skill using your authenticated GitHub CLI to read open PR metadata from the repositories you provide. Use a GitHub token with only the repository access you intend, and prefer the Python script unless you also have jq available for the shell helper.
