This is a text-only coordination protocol for Telegram bots, with no executable code, credential handling, hidden persistence, or unrelated authority.
This skill is reasonable to install as guidance for coordinating Telegram bots. Before using it in a real group, verify bot identities, restrict who can trigger commands, use explicit sender allowlists where possible, and keep a human operator able to stop the workflow.
