Overview
This is an instruction-only Telegram bot coordination protocol with no code, credentials, installs, or hidden capabilities, and its guidance is safety-aligned.
This skill appears safe to install as an instruction-only coordination protocol. Before using it in a real Telegram group, make sure bot identities and permissions are configured correctly, use explicit allowlists, and keep a human able to stop missions.
