This is a documentation-only skill for Excel header and file-naming standards, with no code or credentials; users should only be cautious if they allow optional file upload through another tool.
This skill appears safe to install as a reference/documentation skill. Use it for Excel header, filename, terminology, and process checks. If it offers to upload a spreadsheet through filebrowser or another operator, confirm the destination and permissions before approving.
