This is a disclosed workflow-checklist skill that changes how an agent starts and finishes tasks, with no artifact-backed evidence of exfiltration, destructive actions, or hidden privilege use.
Install this only where you want strict agent checklists and occasional refusal to proceed until workflow steps are satisfied. Prefer project-level instructions over global custom instructions, quote any user-supplied command arguments, review learned corrections before saving them, and inspect any missing helper scripts obtained from elsewhere before running them.
