Mental Atlas is an instruction-only learning distillation skill whose file and web access are disclosed and aligned with its stated purpose.
This skill appears safe for its stated purpose. Use it with pasted text, public URLs, or intended documents; avoid giving it private files unless you want their contents analyzed.

The skill can read local files and fetch web content, which is expected for processing file paths and URLs but is still a capability users should understand.
