Download Tools

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a straightforward local downloader for YouTube audio and WeChat articles, with ordinary downloader risks around third-party tools and local file output paths.

Install this only if you are comfortable adding yt-dlp and ffmpeg through Homebrew and making network requests to the URLs you provide. Use simple output names rather than paths, avoid running it in sensitive directories, and do not use browser-cookie troubleshooting options unless you intentionally want yt-dlp to access an authenticated browser session.

Finding
The skill exposes shell-capable behavior through executable scripts and installation commands, but it does not declare any permissions to make that capability explicit. This creates a transparency and policy-enforcement gap: users or platforms may approve the skill without understanding that it invokes local shell tooling such as curl and yt-dlp, increasing the risk of unintended command execution or downloads.
