eMail manager lite

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This email manager mostly does what it says, but it should be reviewed because it handles mailbox credentials and disables IMAP certificate validation.

Install only if you are comfortable giving it mailbox access. Use an app password or dedicated mailbox, remove the rejectUnauthorized: false IMAP setting before use, and require manual review before any send or move command.

Finding
The documented move command changes mailbox state by relocating messages between folders, which can alter organization, workflows, retention posture, and user expectations. Although this is core functionality rather than obviously malicious behavior, the documentation does not prominently warn that the action is state-changing and potentially irreversible or difficult to undo at scale.
