AI Meeting Notes w/ Action Items + To-Do List Tracker
PassAudited by ClawScan on May 1, 2026.
Overview
The skill appears purpose-aligned, but it automatically saves pasted meeting content and raw notes into persistent local files that users should treat as sensitive.
Before installing, decide whether you are comfortable with meeting notes, transcripts, raw pasted text, and action items being saved locally in meeting-notes/ and todo.md. This is useful for recall and tracking, but sensitive meetings may need manual redaction or later cleanup.

Using the skill may create meeting-notes files and update a local todo.md file in the workspace.
The skill directs the agent to create or attach a saved markdown file as part of the default workflow.
File attachment | ALWAYS attach/save the full .md file
Use it in a workspace where these files are expected, and back up or review any existing todo.md before relying on the tracker.
Sensitive meeting content can remain in persistent local notes and may be referenced in later searches or summaries.
The skill explicitly preserves the original pasted meeting notes, which may include confidential discussion, names, business plans, or customer details.
Each file includes: ... Raw Notes: Original input preserved
Avoid pasting highly sensitive material unless local storage is acceptable, and periodically review or delete saved meeting-notes files.
If the preferences file is edited unexpectedly, summaries or action-item handling could change in later runs.
A persistent workspace preferences file can influence how the skill behaves across uses.
If this exists in your workspace, the AI will follow these preferences.
Review any preferences file before use, especially in shared workspaces, and keep additional instructions limited to formatting and workflow choices.
