This skill is a disclosed design-system package with CSS themes, HTML layout blocks, tests, and a local showcase generator, with no evidence of hidden data access or unsafe behavior.
Reasonable to install if you want shared Yuanfang design tokens, themes, and layout blocks. Be aware that the showcase generator expects a neighboring yuanfang-html-image project and writes generated preview files locally, but it does not show signs of collecting data, contacting external services, or changing system settings.
