Overview
This is an instruction-only preference tracker with no code or credentials, but it may persist tool preferences and encourages broad tool choice within the agent’s normal permissions.
This skill appears safe to install as an instruction-only preference helper. Before using it, decide how freely you want the agent to suggest new tools, keep the Avoid/Open To sections current, and do not let it store sensitive project or credential details as preferences.
