Texas

Overview
This is a coherent Texas guidance skill with optional, disclosed local memory and no code, credentials, or hidden install behavior.
Before installing, decide whether you want the optional ~/texas/ memory folder. The skill appears safe for stateless Texas guidance; if you enable memory, keep it limited to practical planning details and do not save credentials, SSNs, account numbers, payment details, or full street addresses.
Findings (1)
Artifact-based informational review of SKILL.md, metadata, install specs, static scan signals, and capability signals. ClawScan does not execute the skill or run runtime probes.
If enabled, the skill may remember Texas-related preferences, locations, deadlines, and constraints across sessions.
The skill supports persistent local memory, which can affect future advice, but it is scoped to a specific directory and requires user confirmation.
If persistent memory would help, explain what would be stored and ask for confirmation before creating `~/texas/` or `memory.md`.
Enable the memory file only if continuity is useful, review what is saved, and avoid storing sensitive identifiers or full addresses unless truly needed.
