Overview
The skill is a coherent local symptom-tracking helper, but it will store sensitive health notes on the user's device.
This skill appears safe and purpose-aligned for private symptom tracking. Before installing, remember that it creates local health records under ~/symptoms/, so protect that folder and review anything before sharing it with a doctor or another person.
Findings (1)
Artifact-based informational review of SKILL.md, metadata, install specs, static scan signals, and capability signals. ClawScan does not execute the skill or run runtime probes.
Sensitive health details may remain on the device and could be seen by anyone with access to that folder or included in backups.
The skill intentionally stores persistent symptom and health information locally so it can track patterns and prepare doctor summaries.
Create `~/symptoms/` as workspace - All data stays local, never synced
Use this only on a device and account you trust, avoid entering information you do not want stored, and review the files before sharing summaries.
