Real Estate Agent
PassAudited by ClawScan on May 1, 2026.
Overview
This instruction-only real estate skill is coherent and disclosed, but users should notice that it keeps persistent local notes about property goals, budgets, and alerts.
This skill appears safe to install if you want a local real-estate assistant. Before using it, understand that it will keep notes in ~/real-estate-agent/ about your property search or sale, including potentially sensitive budget and pre-approval details. Review or delete those files when you no longer want the information retained.
Findings (1)
Artifact-based informational review of SKILL.md, metadata, install specs, static scan signals, and capability signals. ClawScan does not execute the skill or run runtime probes.
Your housing goals, preferred locations, budgets, watched properties, and alert history may be saved locally and reused in later conversations.
The skill intentionally creates persistent local memory for client profile, preferences, searches, alerts, and property history. This is disclosed and purpose-aligned, but the stored data can include sensitive context such as budget ranges and pre-approval amounts.
Update `memory.md` with every new piece of information. A good agent remembers everything.
Only store information you are comfortable keeping on the device, periodically review ~/real-estate-agent/, correct outdated notes, and delete the folder if you no longer want the skill to remember this data.
