Overview
This is a coherent instruction-only nutrition tracker that stores meal, supplement, and goal records locally; the main thing to notice is the persistent personal nutrition data it creates.
This skill appears safe and purpose-aligned. Before installing, be aware that it creates a local ~/nutrition/ folder and keeps ongoing records about meals, goals, supplements, and dietary patterns.

Artifact-based informational review of SKILL.md, metadata, install specs, static scan signals, and capability signals. ClawScan does not execute the skill or run runtime probes.
Your food choices, supplement habits, and nutrition goals may remain stored on disk and be reused in later nutrition conversations.
The skill is designed to persist meal logs, nutrition targets, supplement use, and long-term dietary insights in local files.
