This instruction-only skill gives notification routing and anti-spam guidance that is coherent with its stated purpose, with only ordinary reminders to control channels and logs.
Before installing or using this skill, set your preferred notification channels, timezone, quiet hours, escalation rules, and logging expectations. The artifacts do not show code, credential use, or hidden behavior.
