Overview
This instruction-only IELTS study assistant appears coherent and benign, with the main notice being that it stores persistent local study records under ~/ielts/.
This skill is reasonable for IELTS preparation, but expect it to ask about your exam goals, deadlines, scores, and possibly immigration or professional-registration targets. Treat the ~/ielts/ folder as a personal study record, avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information there, and clean it up when you are done.
