Home Renovation

Overview
This instruction-only renovation planner is coherent and scoped, but it keeps renovation budgets, timelines, and contractor details in local persistent files.
This appears safe for an instruction-only renovation planning skill. Before installing, be aware that it creates and reuses files under '~/home-renovation/' to remember project details. Do not store sensitive financial account data there, and delete or archive the folder when you no longer want persistent renovation tracking.
Findings (1)
Artifact-based informational review of SKILL.md, metadata, install specs, static scan signals, and capability signals. ClawScan does not execute the skill or run runtime probes.
Information about your renovation, spending plans, and contractor contacts may remain on your device and influence later assistant responses.
The skill persists renovation project details, budgets, contractor information, timelines, decisions, and activation preferences in local files for future use.
"All data is stored in ~/home-renovation/:" ... "Budget tracking" ... "Contractor info" ... "Timeline and decisions"
Use this only if you want persistent project tracking; avoid storing unnecessary sensitive details, choose on-request tracking if preferred, and review or delete '~/home-renovation/' when no longer needed.
