Overview
This instruction-only skill is coherent and low risk, with the main thing to notice being that it stores personal goals and progress in local files.
This skill appears safe and purpose-aligned. Before installing, be aware that it is meant to create and maintain local files containing your goals, milestones, and progress notes, so avoid storing anything there that you would not want saved on your device.
