Overview
This instruction-only genomics skill is coherent and transparent, with the main thing to notice being optional local storage of sensitive genomics case context.
Before installing, be comfortable with local storage of genomics preferences and possible case notes. Keep patient/genomic identifiers out of memory unless needed, review any manually used external genomics sites before entering sensitive variants, and treat clinical or pharmacogenomics recommendations as decision support that should be verified.
