Overview
This instruction-only dream journal is coherent and scoped, but it will persist intimate dream notes and pattern summaries under ~/dreams/.
This skill appears safe and purpose-aligned as a local dream journal. Before installing, consider that dream entries may contain intimate details about emotions, relationships, stressors, or personal history and will be saved under ~/dreams/ unless you remove them.

Use the skill only if you are comfortable keeping this kind of personal journal on the device; periodically review or delete entries you do not want retained.
