Overview

This is an instruction-only course-creation skill that is internally consistent: it contains procedural guidance and will ask the agent to read and organize user course materials and create a ~/courses/ workspace, and it does not request extra credentials or install software.

This skill is essentially a how-to guide and appears coherent with its stated purpose.
