Overview
This instruction-only companion skill is coherent and safety-aware, but it asks to keep persistent local notes about personal and health-related details.
Before installing, be comfortable with the skill keeping local notes in ~/companion/ about your life, routines, relationships, mood, and health context. It appears benign and safety-aware, but it should not be used as a therapist, medical advisor, or crisis service.

The assistant may retain sensitive personal context such as health worries, mood, living situation, family names, and routines in local files.
The skill explicitly creates persistent local memory that is reloaded when activated, so personal details from prior conversations can influence future interactions.
All user data lives at `~/companion/`. Read on activation.
Review the files in ~/companion/ periodically, avoid storing details you would not want retained, and delete or edit memory entries that are no longer needed.
