Overview
This is an instruction-only community management skill that stores local planning notes, with no code, credentials, platform connection, or external data sending shown.
This skill appears safe to install as an instruction-only planner. Before using it, decide what community information you are comfortable storing locally, avoid member PII or sensitive private incidents unless necessary, and remember that any posting or moderation actions should remain under your manual review.

Artifact-based informational review of SKILL.md, metadata, install specs, static scan signals, and capability signals. ClawScan does not execute the skill or run runtime probes.
If you store private member details or inaccurate moderation notes, they could remain on disk and affect later community management advice.
The skill intentionally keeps persistent local memory for community context. This is disclosed and aligned with the purpose, but the stored notes could include sensitive member or moderation information and may influence future recommendations.
