This instruction-only skill stores app preferences locally to personalize recommendations, which is disclosed and aligned with its purpose.
This skill appears safe to install if you want local app-preference tracking. Be aware that it may create and update files under ~/apps/ to remember platforms, pricing preferences, dislikes, favorites, tried apps, and wishlist items.
