This is a coherent astronomy helper that installs a Python package and manages local SPICE kernel data for its stated purpose.
Install only if you are comfortable adding the `heliospice` Python package to your environment. Use a virtual environment, verify or pin the package version you intend to use, and be aware that kernel management can download and remove local cached ephemeris files.
