This is a simple local bookmark skill that saves user-provided links without evidence of hidden network access, credential use, or unrelated behavior.
Reasonable to install for ordinary bookmark use. Avoid saving confidential internal URLs or sensitive descriptions unless local storage in the skill directory is acceptable, and be aware that broad Chinese link/save keywords may route some unrelated requests to this skill.
