Home Assistant Control

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill appears to do what it says: control a Home Assistant instance through scoped REST API helper scripts, with disclosed credential requirements and safety checks.

Install only if you are comfortable giving the agent a Home Assistant token that can control your devices. Store HA_TOKEN outside the skill folder, prefer HTTPS for HA_URL_PUBLIC, run the self-check first, and keep confirmation enabled for locks, alarms, garage doors, and similar high-impact actions.
