Overview
This is a coherent Foam notes helper that locally reads and changes Markdown notes for the features it advertises.
Install if you want an agent to manage a Foam Markdown workspace. Set foam_root or FOAM_WORKSPACE to the intended notes folder, keep backups or version control for important notes, and review changes before using delete, rename, --force, --fix-links, --auto-apply, or broad tag/link application options.
