This is an instruction-only post-purchase/order-triage skill whose required artifacts and runtime instructions are coherent with its stated purpose and do not request extra credentials or installs.
This skill is internally consistent and doesn't request credentials or install code, but you should still: (1) avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data (full payment details, passwords) in screenshots; (2) review any customer-service message the skill drafts before sending it to a seller; (3) be aware of how your agent platform stores conversation history/attachments (after-sales cards may contain order numbers and addresses); and (4) if you need persistent storage of after-sales cards, confirm where and how the platform will save them before relying on long-term retention.
