Overview
This is a prompt-only moving checklist skill that asks for move details but clearly says it will not perform address changes or handle credentials.
Safe to use as a checklist generator. Only share the move details needed to customize the checklist, do not provide credentials or account numbers, and remember that the skill says you must perform all actual address changes yourself.

The skill needs personal address and account-context details to create the checklist. This is purpose-aligned and there is no evidence of storage or transmission, but users should recognize that the conversation may contain sensitive personal information.
Ask the user for: - Old address (full) - New address (full) - Move date - ... Any known list of accounts/services they already remember
Provide only the details needed for the checklist, avoid adding passwords, SSNs, PINs, or account numbers, and redact sensitive details before sharing the output.
