Lab Results Question Builder
PassAudited by ClawScan on May 1, 2026.
Overview
This is a benign document-only skill for turning lab results into clinician questions, with one small caution that users should still treat pasted lab information as sensitive.
This skill appears safe to install as a document-only health-literacy aid. Use it to draft questions for your clinician, not to interpret or act on results. Because lab reports can contain sensitive health information, share only the details needed and seek urgent care or contact your care team if your report or symptoms indicate urgency.
Findings (1)
Artifact-based informational review of SKILL.md, metadata, install specs, static scan signals, and capability signals. ClawScan does not execute the skill or run runtime probes.
A user might share sensitive health information believing no processing occurs, even though the conversation model may still handle the text they provide.
The skill is document-only and shows no storage or external data handling, but the phrase 'does not ... process your data' could overstate privacy because the user may paste lab results into the chat for the agent to convert into questions.
This skill does not store or process your data.
Clarify that the skill itself has no separate storage or backend, but users should only share the lab details needed for drafting questions.
